READ THIS CAREFULLY: by completing your purchase, you agree to these terms: No-shows: after the second no-show, you forfeit your purchase and you will not be refunded.  The appointment is considered a "no-show" 5 minutes after the appointment start time. I will be on time for the appointment, please be respectful and do the same. Please either cancel or reschedule if you can't make it.
